The normal process prior to auction day.

1. We will set-up a day to sit down with you and go over any expectations you may have concerning an auction.
2. Viewing the items you want to sell: We've been at the auction business long enough to be able to give you a rough idea of what to expect. In saying that...auctions are like the wind, sometimes the wind blows strong and prices soar, other times the wind is light and items don't sell as high as we feel they should. Auctions are unpredictable and are driven by the buyers.
3. Prior to the day of the sale, we will arrange, sort and set -up all items to be sold.
4. We will provide all the staff needed to make it a smooth transition: Included. Auctioneers, Clerks and workers.
5. We will place the auction dates and listing in local newspapers as well as on our website for maximum exposure.
6. We set-up preview times and provide staff to be present for buyers to ask questions.
7. We have at our disposal large tents to help protect people and items from the elements.
8. We place a restroom facility on the premises prior to sale day.
9. We set-up to have a local food service vender to be present on the day of the auction.
10. We have our own PA system used to help bidders better hear and understand what's being auctioned and the current price.
11. We collect and forward all sales tax to NYS Tax Department.
12. We assume responsibility for all monies and collections of payments after the auction.
13. We will provide you with an itemized list of all items and sold prices after the sale.
14. We provide staff to help load items purchased after the sale has been completed.
15. We are fully insured and bonded.
